Mary and I surely miss Shael's and Abby's friendship and hospitality over many years. We became even closer after the Northridge earthquake in '94 caused them to reevaluate their living circumstances and move to safer environs. I will especially miss Shael's dry and perceptive humor and worldview. We will continue to cherish our memories of them and wish them eternal peace together!

Shael and Abigail were our first friends we met in Winnipeg when we immigrated from Kenya in1973. Our friendship will never be forgotten. They will be sadly missed.

So glad I got to work with Chuck early in my pediatric radiology career. He and Alice were the best sonographers I have ever worked with in over 30 years. I will always remember his dedication to his craft and his great sense of humor. We had great times. So glad I got to see him one last time in 2024. He will be missed.

I had the pleasure to know and work with Shael for many many years. He was a dedicated Sonographer who helped Advance the field early and its creation. Shael and Abby were also close friends even though I did not see them very often in the last 20 years. They will both be missed.

After mom had to go I figured that it would be you and me for years to come, you'd been there my whole life, I expected that you'd just keep on going. I'm sorry that you had such a rough run to the end of the line.
